Steps of Registration:

• Paper Uploading Link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ESDA2025
• Conference organizers will send Accept/Reject notification through CMT3/Microsoft tool within 10 to 30 days. This email will contain all details of registration fees. If any email is received from us, please contact info@actsoft.org mentioning Paper ID and conference name. In all your communication to the conference organizers should be with paper ID and short conference name, as example, 38-ESDA2025.
• If the paper is accepted, you should deposit the registration fee within the dates mentioned in the acceptance email. Then, fill the online registration form with payment details. If registration is completed, you should check the 'Registration' page of the conference website where name of registered author with name of institute etc. will be posted to confirm that registration is completed.
• If you want to participate as a delegate without paper presentation, deposit the participant fee and fill the online registration form.

Amount of Registration Fees:

(For India, China, Bangladesh, Nepal and other Low-Income group of Countries):

Plz deposit in Indian Currency(INR) or equivalent:

• Faculty Members: ₹10,500/-
• Ph.D. students / SRF: ₹9,000/-
• Other Students: ₹8,000/-
• JRF, Technical Staff: ₹7,000/-
(SRF = Senior Research Fellow) (JRF = Junior Research Fellow)


• Industry Delegates: ₹10,000/-
• Listener / Spouse of any delegate (for two days): ₹4,000/-
• Listener / Spouse of any delegate (for one day): ₹3,000/-

For Countries like: America, Canada, Japan, Europe and High-Income Groups:
• Any Foreign Faculty / Ph.D. Student: $300 USD (plus bank charges)
• Foreign Other Student: $250 USD (plus bank charges)
• Spouse: $150 USD (plus bank charges)

N.B. Registration Fee is taken for organizing the conference, Lunch-Tiffin (if any), Registration Kits (if any), attending all sessions of Keynote Speech / Technical Talk / Paper Presentations, etc. But, it should not be considered as direct Publication Fees.
